Mountain Sports Ltd. is looking for an experienced bike mechanic to work part-time in our bike repair department. Come down to MSL and apply in person. We're open Monday — Friday from 10 — 7, Saturday 10 — 6, and Sunday 1 — 5. (No phone calls, please.)

Ride for Jim transcontinental biking event raises funds for cancer
Pediatrician Doug Gardner will embark on a transcontinental bike ride, traveling from the coast of Oregon to Yorktown, VA, on June 4, 2010. His trip, in memory of a friend who died from cancer, will raise funds to support Massey Cancer Center at the Medical College of Virginia. Want to join in? Fly Fishing Schools

Learn how to fly fish (or just improve your technique) in our popular Fly Fishing Schools. You'll be instructed by our resident fly fishing expert, Patrick Fulkrod, manager of our fly fishing department and Orvis-Endorsed Fly Fishing Guide.

Fly Schools are full day and take place on theSouth Holston River
Registration is $125 per person
-All equipment and lunch are provided
-Restroom facilities on-site
-Must have a Tennessee Fishing License with Trout Stamp
-Minimum age of 16 years
-Full payment required on registration
-Bring rain gear and layers if needed
-Shade hat and polarized sunglasses recommended
